Ruckomechi is situated in a private concession within Mana Pools. Scenery is spectacular with views to the Zambezi River and over to Zambia as well as the large Ana trees which the elephants favour. The area is famed for excellent dry season game viewing on land as well as on the river.
The Hide is an award-winning tented safari camp placed on the edge of a seasonal floodplain. The big attraction is the underground photographic hide at the waterhole as well as the privacy of the concession. A night out at the Dove’s Nest should be a highlight too!
Little Makalolo is a light footprint tented camp in the heart of a large private concession in Hwange. The game viewing here is excellent particularly in the dry season when herds and predators come to the ‘Little Mak’ waterhole and cheetah are often found on the surrounding plains.
Somalisa Camp is set on the edge of a seasonal floodplain on a wooded island which provides welcome shade in this wild part of Hwange. The camp waterhole is a major attraction to elephants especially in the dry season.
